Sound Notification
I've noticed a lot of the time, people (I do this too) have a game created ready for another person to join, but then browse/do something else and often forget about the created game only to come back to a surrendered win. Sound notifications would be cool for this to let people know, also sounds for other things like when someone joins the chat. Toggle Sound would be cool to add to this too.

Defender doesn't work properly
When you play Defender, it is automatically used on your Active Pokémon.
Defender can be used on any Pokémon, whether it is Active or on the Bench. It is especially important in Base-Rocket with the Dark Weezing deck (Mass Explosion deals 60 to 80 damage on turn 2, but 20 on each Koffing and Weezing in play)0 votes -

decks should be made public for everyone to see and use

bug fix
when i am building a deck and the count show that there is 60/60 cards and i push save...i get a message saying the deck has to have 60 cards.

font color for usernames
instead of everything being black/white in the chatbox, users can distinguish between what they type and what actions are being played.

I really love playing old formats, but a lot of my favorite formats are HL-On and after. Will we ever get them?

Make the 2005 Worlds Format
I know you're planning to make things in the order you're planning, but the 2005 format was just so much fun, skill-based, and versatile (Off the top of my head I can think of 8 decks that were highly played that format). That was probably the format that had the overall best design. And you would only have to add four sets to make it. I'm sure everyone would enjoy it.

Put a donate button on the site.
With the new influx of players over the past week or so, it seems as if the website needs to be hosted on a more secure server. A donate button would be a good first step in making crashes less frequent. The current 45 player cap seems like more of a Band-Aid solution, whereas this could be the start of a more permanent fix.
