Use Gender neutral pronouns for game text
for example, "Player has been inactive for X seconds, THEY will be kicked if..."
I'm a girl playing and it's a bit annoying seeing just male pronouns on here.

Add warning for ultra balling for nothing
In case people accidentally don't click or double click their pokemon that they search for via ultra ball or cards that search for anything (Skyla, ultra ball, repeat ball etc.), there should be a warning of something like "you have not selected a card to search for are you sure you would like to continue?". This way people don't get screwed in game just because of a simple mistake.

seeing items and energy
When you are selecting a new active pokemon or placeing an energy you cant see what it has on it and it just cost me a match so and has caused more than once so i would like no one elese to have to deal with it.

LTC is banned
When Ancient Origins gets released, do not include "Lysandre's Trump Card (AnO 78/98)"

Glitches in v14.3.2
Dear TCG ONE Developer,
I have encountered the following glitches in v14.3.2:
- Players do not reveal their hand before taking a mulligan.
- Players reveal their Active Pokemon before setting up their Bench.
- When the maximum HP of any Pokemon decreases, that Pokemon is not Knocked Out even if it has total damage no less than its new maximum HP.
- Training Center does not increase the maximum HP of any non-evolved Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon (e.g. a Stage 2 Pokemon put into play via Archie's Ace in the Hole).
- Safeguard does not prevent Pokemon-EX's attacks (e.g. M Manectric-EX's Turbo…

More Theme decks
There are a lot of theme decks in Gen1 that are not there, such as the Gym Leader themed Theme Decks.

I had an idea for a new format called Gen II. The sets included would be Neo Genesis through Skyridge. I think it would be kind of cool.

Spectator hand viewing
Allow spectators to view hand of the person who is going. This might result in having to mute spectators, however as they could help one person. You could give people the choice of view hand a be muted or the current spectator set up.

Friends List
Ability to add users as friends, can see when people we have added are on, allows users to thus have an easy way to send a game invite with a specific user, rather than searching (granted small most night) the list of users online.

Input a more advanced shuffle algorithm
I have personally found clumping to be a huge issue on the site. It would be great if you could input a better shuffle algorithm to reduce clumping.

Pictures/names of tools attached
It's pretty anoying that you constantly have to click on Pokémons in play to see if it is a Muscle Band, Hard Charm or whatever tool that is attached.

Create an Exchange System for Mass Duplicates
Since the Website already tracks everyone's inventory on career mode, I think it'd be neat to have an option where someone can exchange 10 duplicates for 1 random card of the same rarity from the same series, but it'd be a randomly selected from the cards you don't already have in that set.
Example: I have 10 Base Set Staryu (Common) and haven't obtained a base set Caterpie, Vulpix, Pikachu, or Metapod before. The exchange may give me 1 Vulpix.

Add an export format that's compatible with the Import Deck option.
I have a ton of custom decks (about 20) on my quick-play list and I tried exporting a lot of them to a word document and deleting the ones I exported from my account so that they're more manageable.
However, none of the export formats are supported by the import feature on the website; when I import them, I have to go to each individual card and delete the parenthesis section in order for the importer to even recognize the card (when using the fancy export option, which is the closest to the supported format).
