change the way bits are given out.
I just played a game for 20 minutes, and took 4 prizes, only to get NINE bits when I surrendered at the end of the game. My opponent got 62. (before bonuses). This is absurd, and not healthy for the game. I don't care if our decks were "different amounts of points." That really shouldn't matter.

Mobile Website (on iPad)
When I go to play on my iPad, it says it won't work with your mobile device. I don't have a computer and when I do I can get on for a few minutes. I would love to play this on my iPad

Change the GUI so there is no scroll bar for opponent (Chrome)

Being able to queue multiple games at once
Hate how you can only que one game at a time? Want to have more games going at the same time, so you can be able to expand on quests and bits? Hate being stuck at ONE game and unable to do ANYTHING else...

Give the option to choose what energy dragon energy becomes
Right now, it's just a double colourless exclusive to dragons, when it should be any energy that pokemon needs.
3 votesHi, this was just a visual issue so the energies used to be displayed as colorless but they acted as every type of energy during the game. With the latest update I’ve just added the actual dragon type icons so they’re showing up correctly now. database "abilities"
Additional Display Columns for Cards Database.
I assume that things like attack damage, energy cost, attack special text, ability text, etc. are all stored somewhere in order to support gameplay. It would be nice to be able to utilize the cards database as a research tool as well. This is far and away the best reference tool I have found as far as quick searching cards.
A few minor adjustments would take this tool over the top.

Abilities can now be searched in the new card database on https://tcgone.net/cards Examples:
https://tcgone.net/cards?query=has:ability will return all cards with abilities
https://tcgone.net/cards?query=text:prevent will search in cards text
There are more examples on that page. Ask in Discord #dev room for more examples and suggestions in the search tool.
The in-game tool will soon be replaced by this tool.

Modify the Classic Format to be Base – Fossil instead of Base – Team Rocket
Since Rocket–On picks up where Fossil left off, Base – Fossil is a perfect complementary format, and creates more fun and skillful games than the Rocket's Sneak Attack & Dark Vileplume-dominated Base – Team Rocket. Please change the Classic format to the Base – Fossil format of 1999, which also permitted the use of WotC Promos 1–8 (an integral part of the format with Mewtwo & Mew).

Fix a bug involving Pokemon Center Lady
Pokemon center lady is supposed to only heal 60 damage when used on a Pokemon. When I used it, it healed All damage of of my Pokemon that took 140 damage.

Enemy system
Add a player to a list of enemies. If a player is my enemy, that player may not join my game.
This would be useful when the challenger enters constantly using decks with weakness of the player's deck who created the game.2 votesImplemented with v15.4

Add a way to view the Field while searching
During a real game, you can put down the deck and look at the field for a couple of seconds before making your choice(s). However, I saw no way to do this in here. This feature would be greatly appreciated.

So basicly have a format where pokemon catcher does not need a flip
2 votesHi, there is BW-on format available to play with your friends. Just open Social menu from the top left then right click your friend to send challenge in any format. In BW-on format the catcher DOES NOT require a flip.

Visible Prizes
I would like to have all the prize cards visible to me when I play "Here comes team rocket" and "Town Map", rather than having to keep dragging the prize boxes about the screen. The boxes get in the way sometimes.
