Implement the 2001/2002 Japanese tournament formats where the number of certain cards in a deck was restricted
-Incredibly interesting to play, much less work than adding new sets, and the Vending Machine cards you implemented would really shine.
-A maximum of four stars per deck: Dark Vileplume and Sneasel have four stars each, Muk, Mr. Mime (Vending) and others three, Cleffa, Item Finder and others two etc. Also at least 20 Pokémon per deck.
