Inverse Prize Cards
I know prize cards have been an important part of Pokemon TCG for 25 years, but my friends and I have found that games are FAR better in general if the way they work is reversed:
You LOSE when you take all your prize cards. Any time you would take a prize card in the normal rules, instead your opponent takes a prize card. This way, it acts as a catch-up mechanic for the loser instead of a snowball mechanic for the winner.
Any card that counts prize cards, instead counts your opponent's prize cards. That way, Rocket's Admin or N still work as intended.
Any card that is about looking at, revealing or swapping prize cards still only affects your own prize cards.
I've done a lot of testing, and it's a great time. Games are more interactive and have closer outcomes. The request is to implement this rule-set variant as a checkbox when making a game. I'd also be happy to help implement this, since I'm a professional programmer. Thanks!
